A Day for Sewing Worker in D&J

Walking into our Claire workshop, all you can hear is the sound of singing in the stereo and the beautiful sound of the sewing machine.

The workshop is buzzing with activity, people who worked in workshop are getting steady stream of repeat work every day. They quickly and precisely produce one of the steps in the production of garments. All of them are a group of hard-working & professional garment people, most of them have nearly ten years of experience in the swimwear industry. Even if the life is bitter, but they are struggling to bring a better life to give their families a full sense of security, improving their happiness with their efforts.

Every day they get to work on time and start a busy day. After sitting down, they quickly started the hanger system machine, skillfully controlled the locomotive, and methodically sewed the swimsuit or activewear. Meanwhile, we have learned one-woman worker during the break time, named Cuiming Li, she has been working in the garment industry for 10 years, and has been working in D&J for nearly 3 years for sewing on production line. Initially, she chose clothing for making a live. Through many aspects of learning, she slowly began to understand clothing, gradually being interested in making clothes, and will have more confidence in herself, even discovered she fell in love with this industry.

She said she loves working in D&J, here she gained love and built her own family, her husband is also a sewing worker who have been working in D&J for more than 3 years. Moreover, she gained friendship as well, all colleagues were very friendly and willing to help you out whenever someone is in trouble, she added. She had a small dream to open her own custom store in her hometown in near future. The workshop is filled with a group of clothing people's clothing dreams.?

The workshop is busy scene as always, everyone pays high attention to the work in their hands, every stitch and every thread of clothing is mixed with the sweat and heart of the workers.

It is precisely because of this effort of every garment person that it has ignited light and hope for the clothing industry.
