A Day Out with the CEO: Reinventing the Workplace with Fun Activities

Activities at work don't have to be all business all the time. Some of the best bonding experiences come from letting loose and having fun together. One way to build team morale is by engaging in fun activities together. We had a day out with our #CEO Mr Sudhakar Pennam recently. It was an admirable opportunity to meet him and ask questions about his vision for the company and how he visions #lifeatKairos.

We got to see another side of him and get to know him better. He was welcoming and made us feel at home and had a lot of fun. The day was a great way to reconnect as a team and build morale. In this post, We'll share a few of our activities during our recent CEO-led day out and how they helped us reconnect as a team.

We all teamed up into four groups to participate in the fun activities, The groups namely the Trailblazers, Winning Monkeys, Crazy one, and Cracks.

1. We took on challenges and did things we never thought we could do.
2. We laughed and danced our way through the activities.
3. We explored the world of possibilities and saw how much we could learn from each other.
4. We ate, twirled, and rested down under the beautiful nature.

We all enjoyed ourselves and are grateful for the day we had. The sun is shining; nature is stunning. We had a wide variety of activities to enjoy at the Resort, which helped us manage our energy and motivate our teams.

The day out with our CEO gave us a chance to relax and clear our heads. ORO resort is a perfect place to spend a hot, sunny day. There is a beautiful lobby that's perfect for lunch, and our food was top-notch.

Some of the activities we did include Fun activities like:

Foot Loose: It's time to get your groove on and show off your best moves! Team building activities like group dancing are not only fun, but they can also help employees to bond and feel more comfortable working together.

Cha Cha with the balloon contest: Looking for something fun to do at work? Why not try the Cha Cha Cha with the balloon contest? This exciting new game is sure to get your adrenaline pumping and get the Kairosians laughing.

Air Lock: The Airlock competition is heating up. “feels like you're constantly walking on eggshells”.

Human Machine: a challenge to create machine out of the members by imitating appearance and action.

We launched our first smart car with all worldly comforts and....

and you know what, No cars allowed!

Tug of War: The one-sided Monster league.

Let's not talk much about it ;)

A good food : Great lunch, great ambiance. This place is great!

Recharged! Time to get back on the ground.

Passing on the ball: Do you want to find a way to avoid doing actual work? If so, you're in luck! The passing on the ball competition is back, and it's bigger and better than ever. Just joking!

Stand on one leg competition: Perfect solution for a fun and challenging way to engage with your co-workers. This exciting event pits Kairosians against each other in a battle of wills and endurance.

Planks competition: Think you can plank for more than 2 minutes? Think again. Kairosians with the strongest core can hold a plank for more than 15 mins.

The Winning Moments: The winners are the Team Crazy-One who survived for the day. Ultimately the Kairos one-team culture was the show’s topper.

This initiative taken by our CEO is a great way to ensure that the team has fun both at and outside work. It gives us all a chance to interact and get to know each other better and hence, improve our bond as an organization. We are already looking forward to our next outing together!
