Day in the life of TEAMCo...
On the 21st?October 2022, TEAMCo’s experienced exam delivery team provided technical, logistical and invigilation support for over 800 candidates taking a high-stakes assessment at the ExCel in London.?
Phase 1 - Planning
Before exam day, the TEAMCo team spend time with the client to plan for every eventuality, customer and client need. TEAMCo has done this before, but each new event presents new challenges. Planning is essential to ensure the day runs smoothly and that every candidate has a fair chance to demonstrate their knowledge and understanding.
As part of the pre-exam preparations, TEAMCo’s Resource Manager, Karen Simpson and Service Delivery Manager, Steve Branton, delivered training to the team, including presenting and discussing the all-important implementation plan. This prep ensures that setup and delivery will run smoothly.

With everything accounted for, these units will be ready to be unpacked early the next day.
Phase 3 - Setup
?Exam day - Friday 21st October?
?Due to the size of this event, 16 different rooms were used for the examination. This meant that careful planning and clear communication was required from our team.
?07:00am:??30 members of the TEAMCo staff arrived at ExCel and started with the largest of all the rooms, which needed to accommodate 442 candidates.
It was crucial that they all worked together to set up all of the laptops with a keyboard, mouse, mouse mat and charger.?
