W12 Group have built success by serving, supporting and giving back to clients and candidates within the construction industry. Not only do they understand te importance of service, they thrive in helping others by attending charitable fundraisers and teaming up with other companies in order to make the construction industry a better place to work.
The Lighthouse Club is a construction based charity who provide welfare and wellbeing advice and support for those who have been injured during work.
Being a non-profit organisation the majority of committee members are volunteers, funds to help support the injured are raised by sponsorships and events. Unfortunately the generous and hardworking staff at The Lighthouse Club are working in an office with very little to it.
This is where one of the W12's factions; W12 maintenance are giving a day to not only plan an event to raise funds for the charity, but the director Shane Manogue has kindly agreed to make it a happier place for them to work by completely refurbishing their kitchen area and office.
With commitment and connections, the W12 team have managed to gain help from businesses such as 'Omega Kitchens' and other small suppliers. All whom are offering a helping hand to supply a selection of materials to W12.
Not only will this make the office an ideal place for the charity team to work from, but W12 group have made it possible for The Lighthouse Club to put all the refurb funds towards helping others unable within the construction industry.
