A Day of Coaching and Mentoring Session for Svay Chorcheb Meanchey's Agricultural Leaders

On April 5th, the team from Grow Asia– CPSA, under the Strengthening Rice Value Chain Project, held a coaching and mentoring session for the leaders of the Svay Chorcheb Meanchey Agricultural Cooperative, located in Chek commune, Bor Sedt district, Kampong Speu province.
The session covered essential topics such as management and leadership for agricultural cooperatives, strategic business planning, marketing techniques, financial management, and advanced agricultural practices.
The aim of this workshop was to equip the cooperative's leaders with the necessary tools and knowledge to enhance their management systems and develop a more effective business strategy sharpen the skills to their specific needs.
Mr. Heng Thun, who oversees the cooperative's finances, shared, "This workshop was a really significant opportunity for us to evaluate our approach to leadership and management. It reinforced our belief that by fostering unity, promoting open communication, and ensuring transparency, our cooperative can achieve sustainable success."
