Day 7 of 24: Always Keep Your Options Open #TinasObservations
Christina Nathanson, MBA.
I’ve been known to turn ?? to ?? . Fueled by Orangetheory and ??!
Monday started as usual....I felt like I was inside the Beatles "A Day in the Life" song.
I was ready to conquer anything that passed me by. I felt accomplished!
I am over 25 percent through my 24 day wellness journey.
I feel energized. I feel exhilarated. How can I spread this infection of emotion to others? Then I thought of a close friend who has been going through a really hard time. Divorce, crappy job, overweight, teenager issues, injuries from work and stress. He is strong for others, yet he never looks out for number one.
I sent him a text this morning to remind him that I've been thinking about him and if he needs any help or advice. We texted back and forth and I was happy to hear he was doing well. We chat about how to look forward and not look back. I reminded him that he's successfully completed two 24 day challenges and how he felt after each.
"I felt alive. Full of energy. I opened my options to try new things. I never said never."
He amazes me at times. His will is great.
And I promised to keep him as my "pet project" until ....
