  3. Create a Calm Environment: Arrange your environment to promote relaxation. Consider soft lighting, soothing music, or spending time in nature. Creating a calm atmosphere can positively impact your mood.
  4. Prioritize Self-Care: Dedicate time to self-care activities that bring you joy and relaxation. This could involve reading, taking a warm bath, enjoying a hobby, or anything that allows you to unwind.
