Today began with an advanced morning routine: more meditation, more vitality rejuvenation processes, more training. Simply put, more of everything.
I dedicated time to preparing for an important meeting that I've been gearing up for over the past few days. The focus? Establishing the unique value proposition (UVP) and differentiation for imP-Act.
In essence, we need to articulate why we are better and unique, and what sets us apart. It’s a challenging task to self-assess and create this narrative, isn't it?
Here’s what helped me break through this mental block today and start answering the crucial questions about our differentiation and uniqueness:
Leverage GenAi Expert Tools
Use specialized tools that provide a foundation and insights. Ask for them to act as experts who've guided thousands of entrepreneurs and ask them to pinpoint what we aim to achieve. Their targeted questions can help refine our differentiation and uniqueness.
2. Analyze Feedback and Documentation
Look into feedback, surveys, WhatsApp conversations, customer processes, project summaries, presentations, documents, and sales processes to remind ourselves why we stand out in the market.
3. Seek External Perspectives
Have conversations with close contacts, colleagues, clients, and partners who are familiar with our professional work. Their perspectives can provide invaluable insights and validate our unique attributes.
That’s all for today. If you have any additional thoughts or ideas, I would love to hear them.
Best,
Eliav
