Whether it is a relationship with difficulties, economic hardships, lack of health or problems at work, negative situations arise due to lack of gratitude during a prolonged period. If we do not feel grateful for each one of the things that there are in our life, without wanting to give all those things for granted, we are taking away their value.

Taking things for granted is one of the main causes of negativity, because when we take things for granted, we are not giving thanks in return, and we prevent God from manifesting in our life. Just as giving thanks to others will always lead us to have more blessing and prosperity in our lives, taking things for granted will always lead us to the decline of our lives.
Stay positive and happy. Work hard and don't give up hope. Be open to criticism and keep learning. Surround yourself with happy, warm and genuine people. Tena Desae
Are you grateful for your health when it is good? Or are you only aware of your health when your body aches or you get sick?
Are you grateful for your work every day, or do you only value it when you hear that there are going to be cuts?
Are you grateful for your salary every time you receive it, or do you take your salary for granted?
Are you grateful for your loved ones when everything is going well, or do you only talk to others about your loved ones when there are problems?
Are you grateful when your car runs smoothly? Or do you only think about it when it breaks down?
Are you grateful for every day that you are alive? Or do you not give importance?

Giving things for granted, not giving them importance, generates complaints, thoughts and negative words.
That's why, when you complain, you attract to your life more reasons to complain!
If you complain about weather, traffic, your boss, your spouse, your family, a friend, a stranger, queuing, bills, the economy, the price of something, or the service of a company, you are not being grateful, and with every complaint you are moving away from you the life of your dreams.

Now you understand that complaining, that negative thoughts and words, and taking things for granted interrupts the arrival of good things in your life. Now you understand that when something goes very wrong, it is because without realizing it you have not been grateful enough, and you have dedicated your life only to seeing the negative side of people, things and circumstances.
It is impossible to be negative when you are grateful. It is impossible to criticize and blame when you are grateful.
It is impossible to feel sad or have negative feelings when you are grateful.
And the best part is that if there is currently a negative situation in your life, it will not take you long to transform it with gratitude.Negative situations will disappear like a smoke screen ... as if by magic!
First, as difficult as it may seem, you have to look for reasons to be grateful in every negative situation.
No matter how bad things are, you can always find some reason to be grateful, especially when you know that God through gratitude will transform all negative circumstances.

EXERCISE NUMBER 6
Overcoming Negativity
For today, try to spend the day without saying anything negative. If you realize that you are thinking or saying something negative, use this lifesaver:
Stand up immediately, breathe deeply and say: I have many reasons to be grateful, (think of 3 Great blessings at that time) I have no reason to overshadow my happiness, for something so insignificant.
I assure you that you will have control again, and you will not give room for negativity. Day by day we will get used to the change, and without realizing it we will be talking positively.

Before going to bed, thank God, for the best thing that has happened to you during the day.
