Day 52: 100 Days for Health

After focusing on recovery yesterday, I was ready to get after it today:
Training Focus: rehab athletic pubalgia, build up to 10-mile running race form, maintain skiing strength
Activity: Running
Purpose: Base-building, musculoskeletal adaptation, steady state pacing. This ended up, ex post facto, being a zone 2 run by heart rate, which I was pleased with, since I was pushing the pace a bit from previous long runs. Also first run in some new shoes, which gave me an extra boost!
