??? 1. Building Blocks & Fast Starts Creating the essentials like the logo, branding, website, and social media assets is crucial. ?? Our first website (V1) is live. Is it perfect? Nope. But it’s a start. Remember, it's all about getting things running and scaling up as quickly as possible. The goal isn’t perfection – it's progress. ??

??? 2. Wins, Wins, & More Wins

  • 2 webinars ? with 400+ signups – another box ticked.
  • A LinkedIn newsletter ?? that's reached 1,600 subscribers (starting from zero!).
  • First client testimonial (video) & podcast interview lined up.
  • First speaking engagement, metrics dashboard set, and 2 new hires (full-time + part-time).
  • First steps into paid ads, and results are coming soon! ??

?? 3. Crunching the Numbers & Learning Fast Total expenses: $7,547 AUD ?? Income: $6,250 AUD ?? Current loss: $975 AUD ??

Considering the start-up costs (like a $1,000 business registration fee!), we're close to breaking even.?

Unfortunately – I’m not taking a salary yet (that’s the bootstrap reality).
