Because we're guessing about our stakeholder's needs and?wants when we go after unarticulated needs.??We expect to be wrong a lot.

7 Questions to be asked

1. Whom are they Empathising with? - Customer Discovery
2. How will you know your product is successful? - Define the product Goal
3. What do they "See"?
4. What do they "Say"?
5. What do they "Do"? How would this product support someone's business/life?
6. What do they "Hear"? What would competition hear 12 months down the line
7. What do they "Think & Feel"?
