Day 35

No tv, computer, phones or any other gadgets during the first hours right as you wake up and 1–2 hours before bed.

It’s so crucial to stop using your gadgets a few hours before sleep and the moment you get up.

This is something Firuza and I have been practicing for 3–4 years now. (especially after we quit our jobs in 2018 and started a business).

This simple change will help you calm your mind and bring more peace to your day. You will feel the benefits of this change immediately, trust me. You will feel more relaxed throughout the day, your overall mental health will improve. This is something you absolutely need to try for your overall wellbeing!

I’d also recommend turning off ALLLL phone notifications (as a business owner this one wasn’t easy for me)
