As you may have noticed, this update comes a bit late. The ongoing war and the heavy workload that comes with it have made things more challenging.
Today, after multiple discussions with advisors and partners, we officially submitted the paperwork to establish the company.
On the surface, setting up a legal entity is straightforward. A few forms, some signatures, and you're officially in business. But as I went through this process, I was reminded of something far more important: a company isn’t just paperwork—it’s the collective heart and soul of its founders, team, and advisors.
There’s still so much for me to learn. But taking this technical step felt significant. It marks a milestone, a commitment to building something real—something designed to help security forces, emergency responders, and rescue teams strengthen their resilience and reduce the triggers they face as a result of their demanding service.
This journey is far from over, but today was a step forward.
What was a defining moment for you when building your company? Let’s share and learn from each other.
Eliav.
