Day 30: Beyond the Bottom Line

Just as Andal, the author of Thiruppvai, leaves her mark by signing the last verse, I too believe in integrating my values into my work. Spirituality and management are not at odds; our daily practices can embody both. I don't hesitate to put my beliefs into action.

In the last verse, the young women of Gokulam (with moonlit beauty) approach Lord Krishna (Kesavan and Maadhavan) seeking a divine drum. Their devotion and adherence to tradition (observances and prayers) earn them the reward. This parallels the idea of integrating values into work. By consistently practicing valuable principles, we achieve success and fulfillment.
