Day 3 at Mechai Bamboo School

Our third day began again at 6:30am, meditating with the students.

After another hearty breakfast we headed back to the computer labs for some more DIY eNewsletter production training.

The students have been able to learn the platform and produce their own content in only a few hours.

 Khun Mechai does not walk away from a challenge and so when asked to assist some wheelchair bound students, the school created 'Wheelchair Agriculture'. A farming area with wide pathways and plants placed at sitting height so that students could tend to crops easily.

The students are all expected to spend a day experiencing blindness. They are given a white cane and an eye mask then spend a whole day facing the challenges blind students face.

There is always a use for a water bottle once finished. They make great pots for growing young plants.
