Day 27: Try Something New
Day 27. Saturday. Tried something new. “Getting out of my comfort zone” is something I always loved doing because each time I did, amazing things happened. About a year ago I told myself I would do something everyday that took me out of my comfort zone, no matter how small it was. I really want to get back to doing so because every time I did I was the woman I always craved to be. It challenged me to see what I'm capable of which is always exciting.
Another thing I'm practicing is saying what I want out loud and making sure it happens. One of them being as simple as trying hot yoga. Hot yoga is doing yoga in a super hot environment that feels like a sauna... To be honest, it actually felt pretty good. I expected it to be a lot hotter than it was but my body was feeling good. Would I do it again? Um, to be honest, only if I can go for free again. It's personally not something for me to invest in. But I would recommend it for people to at least try it.
