Day 24: How to Get Rid of Bad Habits That Don’t Serve You Anymore

My unhealthy habits brought me so much pain and stress. Some of them were biting nails and scolding. I realize that stress, challenges and negative events can force us into unhealthy habits. I remember, I hated scolding but I was addicted to it. It was my usual reaction.

After doing a lot of mindset and inner work I was able to get rid of those unhealthy habits. We can blame people around us, difficult times, different situations, circumstances and events but one thing always stays true: you and only you are responsible for getting rid of those unhealhy and unserving habits.

Again, it’s all energy. And if you think that cursing or screaming at someone doesn’t affect you, you’re mistaken. It actually affects YOU in the first place.

Think of it this way: you want your anger, hatred, resentment to poison others. But you’re actually poisoning yourself. Because these emotions live in your body. Sometimes for years. Poisoning you from the inside. Affecting every area of your life. Even if you’re not aware of it. Most people aren’t aware of it.

In the last couple of years I let go of many unhealthy habits (and I go into detail about it in my?book).

One way for you to try to eliminate those bad habits is by talking to your body. Giving it a command.
