Day 238 of 1,095: The Energy of People and Things

Day 238 of 1,095: The Energy of People and Things

Today was one of those days where you push forward, even when it’s not easy. A day filled with meetings that brought clarity and energy—and the unfortunate loss of my device case, a small but essential item that’s been a constant companion.

Let’s start with the positives. The meetings today were powerful. High energy, full of insights, and undeniably important steps on this journey. They reminded me how each interaction is an opportunity to learn and refine our direction.

Then, there’s the other side. Losing the case left me frustrated—with myself for misplacing it, and with others for not doing enough to help me recover it. But here’s the lesson I keep returning to: everything is energy.

What’s meant to be mine will find its way back. My job isn’t to cling to losses but to recalibrate and focus on what truly matters. The more I align with what’s important, the more the right things fall into place.

So, I’m choosing to let go of the frustration—at least for now. Tomorrow is a new day, a chance to solve the challenges left undone today.

Your takeaway: How do you let go of frustration when things go wrong? What small lessons have losses or setbacks taught you?

Let’s hear your thoughts in the comments—your perspective might inspire someone else.

Until tomorrow,

Eliav.
