Day 235 of 1095: Sometimes, Simple is Better
Eliav Ser ???????
Serial Entrepreneur ?? Founder ?? HiTech Growth Architect ?? Builder ?? Future Father&Husband ?? Just Walk It??♂???
Today started on the wrong foot. The weight of the ongoing conflict, the accumulated fatigue – it was one of those days that felt tough to carry through. But above all, the energy from yesterday's work on our mission-driven startup kept me going. This isn’t just another project; it’s a lifeline for the security forces who put everything on the line. With that purpose, the obstacles feel conquerable.
Today, we focused on refining our message, spreading the word, and finding the right partners across various networks and groups. I’m still not fully satisfied with the draft – but when the stakes are this high, close to perfect is just not enough.
Tonight, I'll let the draft rest. Sometimes, simplicity is the path forward, even if the journey itself feels complex.

Looking for Partners for WalkImPact – Bringing Our Forces Home, Safe and Sound
I’m seeking a CTO and CPO to join as co-founders in this journey – partners who understand the complexity and share the vision of building resilience for security forces worldwide. Supported by a top-tier accelerator, Founder Institute (FI), WalkImPact has strong backing from major organizations like Payments by Wix, NATAL, Israel’s Ministry of Defense, HighTech for Israel, NFX, and others. We’re starting in Israel, but the goal is to establish partnerships with the VA in the United States by 2025.
For a glimpse into our mission's urgency, here’s a [link to my speech in the Knesset](https://photos.app.goo.gl/RRS3BM3N6EHJHAr79 ) on the tsunami of PTSD among security forces.

I’d be grateful for any help – introductions to communities and networks that could help us spread the word, connections with relevant entrepreneurs, or even just a thought to help refine our approach. Thank you for supporting us in this journey.
Until tomorrow,
Eliav.
