I found myself scanning the room, searching not just for partners with the right expertise, but for those with the right hearts and minds.

There’s something powerful in a meaningful gaze, in the subtle language of a genuine smile. These moments—fleeting yet profound—are the ones that tell you if someone truly understands your vision, if they’re in it not just for profit, but to create impact.
