Day 225 of 1095: Post-Trauma on the Spectrum

Day 225 of 1095: Post-Trauma on the Spectrum

This morning started early—before dawn, with the sunrise shining over the tough realities of the ongoing war. But soon after, a series of meetings filled the day, all focused on pushing the startup forward.

A key moment was attending an event with experts in trauma care, who taught me just how urgent and critical the need is for the solution we’re building. The more I listen, the more I realize how our startup is diving into a void, filling an unmet need.

Trauma is classified as a disease, but what about pre-trauma? What about those in the security forces who only experience triggers and symptoms? Those who won’t be recognized by the Ministry of Defense because they don’t fit into the “classic” trauma diagnosis?

These questions linger in my mind, deepening my understanding of the importance of creating a better foundation for those on the frontlines. Our warriors, officers, and security personnel—who face challenges every day—need tools to grow from those triggers, not just survive them.

That's where we’re headed.

How do you think we can better support those dealing with pre-trauma symptoms in high-stress environments?

Until tomorrow,

Eliav.
