Day 22 at abetterhealthgame.com - Learn Scrum, Be on a Team, and Improve your Health

30 days ago I joined a LeadershipGamez team that was focused on health. But not the pretty kind. The I got a bad report from the dr. kind. Playing the abetterhealthgame.com game with all of that creative energy focused on our team's health has been a huge eye-opener for me. It has also caused me to lose 18 lbs. and one of my teammates who has been insulin dependent for 14 years is celebrating his 8th day with no shots, no pills, no nothing.

I had never seen the project this way before. Heck, I have never experienced weight loss before. No kidding, a little heavier every single year without fail.   This idea of better health, fitness, and weight loss has offered us a new way to look at the life changes the game offers while focusing all of our energy on perhaps the most important thing.
