The Hard Truth About Ideas

Ideas make zero dollars. Only offers make money. An offer is a direct proposal to solve a specific problem for a specific price. Today, you'll transform your idea into an offer and test it with real people.

Creating Your First Offer

A strong offer has three parts:

1. Who it helps

2. What problem it solves

3. How much it costs

Here's the basic template:

"I help [specific person] solve [specific problem] for [specific price]"

Bad example:

"I help small businesses with their social media presence."

(Too vague, no clear value, no price)

Good example:

"I help independent real estate agents post 5 engaging Instagram posts per week for $297/month."

(Clear target, specific deliverable, defined price)
