It's better to be late than NEVER. Today we will be talking about the most common symptom ANXIETY

FEAR is the emotional response to real or perceived imminent threat, whereas ANXIETY is anticipation of future threat. Anxiety disorders completely differ from normative transient fear or stress-induced anxiety by being excessive or persistent in nature beyond point of relevance.

Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) is persistent and excessive anxiety and worry about various domains, including work, family and one's performance, that the individual finds difficult to control (free floating anxiety).

Due to lack of awareness and acceptance, sometimes untreated GAD can lead to clinical depression and even suicide.

Clinical advice is to take professional help from a psychiatrist if one is not able to control his excess anxiety and persistent troubling thoughts. Hiding the issues will not solve by themselves instead it aggravates over a period of time.
