DAY 2 OF GRATITUDE

THE STONE:
The exercise of the stone of gratitude is the story of a father who had a son who was dying and used a stone to remember the blessings received.
For those days he felt empty ... no desire to live.
He took a stone as a symbol of gratitude for the health of his son. At the same time he taught his son to recognize how blessed they were in spite of his illness.
I began to see everything that was good, to value it, to thank God and life every day, to forget about his illness until one day he experienced a miraculous recovery.
Since then, the stone of gratitude is a symbol that represents how grateful we are to God and life. It is to not forget all the blessings received in a visual way. Because sometimes when we do not see we believe that it is not there or we do not have it.
When we give cheerfully and accept gratefully, everyone is blessed
First look for a stone.
When you have found your Stone of gratitude, put it next to your bed, in a place where you always see it when you lie down. Make room if necessary so that you can easily see your Stone of gratitude when you go to bed.
If you use an alarm clock, put it next to the alarm clock. Tonight, just before going to sleep, take your Stone of gratitude, put it in the palm of your hand and close your eyes and visualize how blessed you have been and how much more you will be.
Think carefully about all the good things that have happened to you during the day, and choose the best that has happened for what you are grateful for. Then, say the word that opens doors of blessing: (Thank you), for the best thing that has happened to you.
In ordinary life, we hardly realize that we receive a great deal more than we give, and that it is only with gratitude that life becomes rich. Dietrich Bonhoeffer
Put the Thank-You Stone back on the side of your bed. And that's it!
It is only for you to learn to have discipline to thank every day for your life and that of the others. After 40 days, it will be part of your life to thank you for every new day.
Every night for the next 39 days, do this same exercise. Before going to bed, check your day, and discover the best thing that has happened to you. Feel all the gratitude you can for what happened to you, and give thanks.
When you look for the best thing that has happened to you during the day, you will search among the many good things that have happened to you, and in that process of searching and deciding which one is the best, you are really thinking of the many reasons why you are grateful . You also make sure that every day you go to sleep and wake up feeling calm ... happiness for achievements ... and with faith ... for the blessings on the way.
“Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend.” ― Melody Beattie
Gratitude is attracting more things to be grateful for.
Exercise no2:
The Stone of Gratitude:
Find your Stone of Appreciation and put it next to your bed, as a symbol of how blessed you are and the reasons why you should be grateful to God and life.
Every time we think that we should wait some time in the future to be happy, we're consciously choosing not to be happy in the present. We will recognize that happiness is my gift, it is my natural state, what is a decision and an interior option and that has nothing to do with the facts or experiences existing in the outside world.
When I think that happiness depends on my obtaining something in the future, I will remember that I can only feel it in the present.
Today, I decide that now is the only time there is, that I can be happy in this moment by choosing the tranquility of spirit as my sole objective and offering my unconditional love.
“When you are grateful, fear disappears and abundance appears.”
