Back again with days 2 and 3 of this 30-day journey. Saturday is a day of rest for me and my family so today is you're getting a two-fer.
Day 2, I am thankful for time. Time is fleeting. Time moves so quickly and can leave us all behind in a wake of missed opportunities, missed relationships, and missed moments. I am so thankful to have time to share with loved ones. this is time to reflect on the previous week and refresh for the coming week. On refresh days, thinking of ways to personally refresh your spirit can be helpful whether it is taking a long walk, journaling, communing with nature, or communing with your favorite people. Doing something to focus on your self-care once a week can help you refocus and even cultivate your ability to produce fresh ideas and solidify intentions. It can help in both your personal and professional life.?
Day 3, I am thankful for my daughter. It is amazing to see the world anew through her eyes. To appreciate the beauty in nature, in communication, in cuddles, and in the random that I used to overlook daily. Looking at things from a different point of view can often point out new solutions to current challenges. It encourages you to see things not just from your own biased or expected view, but to think in more innovative terms producing new and uncharted results. So, for the week ahead, commit to looking at something on your to-do list with a fresh perspective.?
Thank you for coming along on this journey! See you tomorrow.
Great share, Tiffany!
