Day 19: Health Span
We don't often stop to think about how long we're going to be alive vs. how long we're going to be healthy.
Some might see this as moribund, or melancholy, but to me, it helps me put my days into context.
What is important, what is not important?
What do I want, and how do I plan on getting there?
The object of the game is not to live a long life, it is to live a full life.
