Day 16 of 24: Cheers to you! #TinasObservations

Last night I attended a live taping of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert with my dear friend Julia. On a whim she asked if I wanted to go. I admit, I am not a Colbert connoisseur however I thought I'd give it a try. Best part, other than attending it with Julia (who is, by the way -- AMAZING!) ....

It was FREE!

If you've never attended a live taping, I highly recommend it. So much fun to see the behind the scenes. Last night's show was hilarious because Colbert was being human. Dakota Johnson was his first guest. In e course of conversation, He she previously asked if she could drink during the interview. Well...here's how that interview went: (the fun starts :30 in)

Fun, right?  You never know what's going to happen -- Colbert's improvisational wisdom took the interview to a whole new level. I have a whole new love for his show and may find myself switching channels at 11:35pm now (please don't tell Jimmy!)

Lesson: be spontaneous - be in the moment. Life passes you by too quickly.

If you make a mistake, lift your metaphorical glass and say "cheers." 

The best things in life could be free.
