Day 15: Journal entries
Today I'm listing a few questions you might like to consider when you start journalling. Most people understand the benefits of journalling but often people don't know where to start. (https://dayoneapp.com/blog/journaling-benefits/ )
When I started journaling I set aside a couple of minutes on a train journey every day, as part of my commute. I had a dedicated book - it's certainly different writing in a book than typing into a computer (book with pen or pencil is best)
If you're a pro, consider some of these questions to mix it up. If you're intending to start in the new year, you're off to the races....

Each day, until the 24th December I will share something small with you. The 'something small' will be related to Employee Experience. The 'something small' might be something to think about, something you might use with your team, on yourself or you might share the idea with someone else you know. One small idea will be shared every day with one collective purpose; to make the experience of work better.

11 个月Sandra Thompson, these are great questions that expand on the traditional way of gratitude journal thinking. I love the way these questions will make us think broader and wider about our day and the ability to celebrate and find joy in smaller things that most of us take for granted, which reduces our ability to appreciate them.
