This is an opportunity to examine and reshape your mindset, the lens through which you perceive and interact with the world. It is time to let go of every limiting belief and negative thought patterns holding you back from being your best.
The primary objective of this task is to shift your mindset from limiting beliefs and negative thinking to a more positive and growth-oriented perspective. By doing so, you can unlock your full potential, embrace challenges, and approach life with renewed optimism.
Today we will be employing a lot of self reflection, so take some time to think about the stories, thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes that may have held you back, and caused you stressed and anxiety.
Divide your journal page into two halves. On one half, write down these thoughts that are holding you back. They could be along the lines of the following suggestions: (I'm not good enough, I can't do it, I'm always unlucky, Money is scarce, You must keep up with the Jones’s, It is too late for me, I’m not talented, I’m shy/timid, I’m not artistic, I’m not worthy of love).

On the second half, replace each limiting belief with positive beliefs: (I am capable and I continue to grow and improve, I am capable of achieving my goals as I make the effort and persist, I am blessed, Money flows to me easily, I am content with my own path and my portion in God, It's never too late to pursue my dreams and make positive changes in my life, I have unique talents and abilities that I continually develop and use to my advantage, I am becoming more confident and outgoing every day, I have a creative side that I nurture and express in my own unique way, I am worthy of love and accept it freely from myself and others.)
As much as possible, become more aware of your thoughts and beliefs and consciously change every negative thought pattern. By continuously reshaping your mindset, you open doors to new possibilities, greater resilience, and a more fulfilling life. Remember that the journey of a mindset reset is ongoing, and each day is an opportunity for growth and self-improvement.
Proverbs 23:7a: "For as he thinks within himself, so is he.”
Proverbs 4:23: So above all, guard the affections of your heart, for they affect all that you are. Pay attention to the welfare of your innermost being, for from there flows the wellspring of life.
