I bet you use the question WHY a lot and yet you can leverage it even more if you pay extra attention.
Instead of using the WHY question to accuse people or question people, you can use to come up with solutions. You can use it to uncover blockages which you can then turn into new possibilities.
Below are some questions which you can ask…
Why is this happening?
Why did it happen?
Why is it working?
Why is it not working?
Why Am I struggling?
Why Am I winning?
Why are we here?
Why Am I here on planet earth?
Why is my team stagnating?
Why are my competitors better than me?
Why should people choose me ahead of everyone else?
Why are my closing rates low?
Why is season X better than season Y?
Why are my results inconsistent?
Why is it important for me to succeed?
Why are people paying more attention to X and not Z?
Why is my energy low now?
Why is my productivity high during ABC?
Why are my clients complaining?
Why are my clients happy?
Why are my children behaving in ways that are…?
The rule of thumb though should always be that the WHY questions you raise move you forward and not backwards.
Which other WHY question can a person ask that would move them, they career or business forward?
