The penultimate day of the challenge.
Here is today’s workout session followed by my tip of the day.
NUTRITION TIP
Drink more water to lose weight.
Losing weight is often linked to how much food you eat. But you can’t underestimate the impact drinking enough water can have on your weight loss goals.?
Keeping hydrated will curb hunger.
Often we can mistakenly assume we’re hungry when really we’re dehydrated.
When you are fully hydrated it will increase exercise performance too.?
So make sure you aim for a minimum of 2 litres a day.?

1 年We're about 80% water but we mostly drink tea & coffee which dehydrates us - bonkers! More water needed :-)
