Today's reading is titled;?Discipline.

Discipline is doing what you said you are going to do. Long after the mood, you said it in has left you. Discipline is following through on your intentions no matter what. Discipline can empower you to do anything. It wipes out procrastination. Disorder and ignorance.

Within the domain of problems that can be solved. Self-discipline is simply unmatched. And it becomes a powerful teammate when combined with other tools like responsibility, action, and intent.

A big companion of discipline is willpower. But they have different uses. Willpower is what you would use when the distance between where you are and where you want to be is just a short sprint.

Where discipline is what you`d use when the goal is more of a marathon. Willpower will only ever get you so far. That`s why you need to form habits that will challenge your discipline. Discipline and willpower can be improved.

Just like a muscle... the more you practice, the stronger you become.

The less you practice discipline and willpower, the weaker you become.

To build discipline you must stretch yourself to tackle challenges that you can successfully accomplish, but that is still very challenging.

This doesn't mean trying something and failing at it every day. And it doesn't mean staying within your comfort zone. You must start with challenges that are within your current ability to achieve. And are near the limit of your capabilities. Once you succeed at a task or challenge or goal, you increase the challenge.

Discipline is beating on your craft. Day in and day out. Develop your skill until you`ve mastered it.

Discipline breeds more discipline when it becomes a habit. Justification is discipline`s enemy. Don't justify anything. Just do what you`re supposed to do.

Today`s Challenge;

Take a moment to plan a strategy that you can implement to consistently practice your discipline muscle. Decide what it would take to become the type of person that when you make a decision you follow through by taking action.

It will not be easy, it will be worth it though.

Always remember that in order to create a perfect life, you must make sure that today will be a perfect day. And in creating perfect days, there will never be another day in your life that won't require responsibility, intent, time, effort, right mindsets, and massive massive action.

Consistently doing what needs to be done is the only way to get the results you want.

Every action that you take today will either move you one step closer or one step away from your goals. Therefore if you want to guarantee that you live a massively successful life.
