Day 10- Build Abs Like A Spartan
Who remembers the film 300?
And the Greek Spartans who all had six-pack abs?
Well on Day 10 of our 12 Days of Fitness Challenge, I recorded a core workout which targets the abs with a gruelling 300 reps.

Getting abs or even a flatter tummy is more than just doing loads of crunches.
The most important thing is your nutrition.
And what we eat can often be determined by our environment.
NUTRITION TIP
?The best way to NOT eat unhealthy snacks like chocolate, biscuits and crisps is to NOT buy them in the first place.?
?
You can eat whatever you want as long as you burn off more than what's going in but often the temptations of these foods can make it more challenging to stay in a calorie deficit.?
?So it's best not to have them in your environment like your home or place of work.?
That’s not always possible if you have children so the best thing to do is put unhealthy snacks out of sight.?
For example in a cupboard you never use.
If these foods are less accessible you're less likely to eat them.??
So remove all unhealthy snacks from your environment.
