I am thrilled and proud to join Xceptor today.???

Xceptor has empowered clients in business operations roles to easily automate critical business processes for greater efficiencies, productivity and reduced risk. This team has taken traditional fears away by simplifying complex data ingestion and data transformation challenges. Xceptor ensures reliability and integrity of the underlying data that is required for a variety of decisions and transactions. The Xceptor data automation platform and solutions have instilled trust amongst business decision makers in ~100 top tier financial services institutions around the world.?The technology and domain expertise in financial services has set Xceptor apart. Reconciliations, confirmations and tax processing are some of the most powerful solutions that have been widely adopted. This combination of outstanding products, services and people has been rewarded with highly positive NPS from clients. The foundation for a very successful growth journey for Xceptor has been put in place. Special thanks to the leadership from retiring CEO Andrew Kouloumbrides and we all are wishing him well in his future endeavours.

I believe the time has now come for Xceptor to be less of a hidden gem, given such unique strengths and to scale to our full potential in a growing market. The current dynamics in the financial industry only accelerate our clients need for investment in data automation and process automation. Cost to income ratios are challenged, improved efficiency is critical to safeguard ROE, and time to value is a primary driver. ?Data fragmentation poses unacceptable risk and better insights are needed. Re-thinking skills and capabilities in the middle and back office needs to happen now. ?Xceptor and our partners are well placed to deliver successful outcomes fast and empower business users.

I look forward to my first 90 days and listen to experiences and advice from customers, partners, employees and investors. ?We shall build trust, which requires all three elements of authenticity, empathy and logic. Today is special for another reason as well. The strategy & marketing team is releasing a new, simplified and more authoritative brand identity and marketing toolkit, that better reflects Xceptor’s expertise, leadership and dynamism in the field of data and process automation.?A moment to be proud. Congratulations and thank you for the timing!
