Task of the Day: Deep Dive - Customer Obsession

Before diving headfirst into sales, let's understand our most valuable asset: the customer. Here's your mission for Day 1:

1. Know Your Tribe:

  • Who are your ideal customers? Age, demographics, dietary preferences? Think families, health nuts, busy professionals, etc.Ans. So Basically our client's shop is located near about Chandigarh University Alumni Association . Village- Mamupur with the name of #crispyking and owner of the shop Mr. Rajiv and his wife running this shop. The major audience we are going to target the students who are living in the nearby PG #chadigarhuniversity . The are providing indian food with at very affordable price on the monthly basis, Their Pranthas are famous in the street also they are known as Paranthe wali aunty.

2. Analyze Existing Data:

  • Do you have any existing customer information? No As such i am starting with this very scratch and i have to build the customer base for them, i will try to make a customer list once i will getting the data of students and customers.

3. Hit the Pavement (or Sidewalk!):

  • After Chating with peoples or students I understand their food preferences and i found that every student have thier unique giggle chemistry relation with them

Bonus: Social Media Sneak Peek

  • Claim your business profiles on popular platforms like Facebook and Instagram. Start building a basic online presence, even if it's just a placeholder for now.

Expected Outcome:

By the end of Day 1, I'll have a better understanding of your target customer and their needs. This knowledge is gold for crafting a winning sales strategy in the coming days.
