Reality formation is a concept that attempts to explain how we perceive and interact with the world around us. It involves understanding what aspects of reality are real, versus those which have been artificially created or influenced by our own perceptions. In this way, it can help us better understand the difference between natural and fabricated realities.

The notion of reality formation is an attempt to determine just how much control we actually have over our environment and experiences in life. This includes exploring questions such as whether certain events or phenomena exist independently from ourselves, or if they only become ‘real’ when perceived through human consciousness.
