The Davos of Human Capital 2020: Leadership for a Better World

The Davos of Human Capital 2020: Leadership for a Better World

I have just come off the virtual ‘The Davos of Human Capital 2020: Leadership for a Better World’ summit with 3.000+ participants, organized by Duke Corporate Education.

Duke Corporate Education had invited top business leaders from diverse industries and regions and thought leaders to share and discuss amazing insights and strategies on how to address a different world after the pandemic and make it a better place. The key sentence for me was ‘Success requires moral leadership’.

It might not be fair to spotlight one particular session as all of them were insightful but for me the one on employee motivation was clearly the most catching. It confirmed once again that employee motivation is not driven by material rewards but appreciation, inclusiveness and company vision instead.
