DAVID WEEKLEY HOMES NAMED BUILDER OF THE YEAR AT THE 2022 HBA MAX AWARDS
Austin, TX (July 8, 2022): David Weekley Homes, one of the nation’s largest privately-held builders, was named Builder of the Year at the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Greater Austin 2022 MAX Awards for the second consecutive year. These accolades bring the company’s total to more than 840 awards for product design and 1,400 overall.
“We are thrilled to be recognized once again as Builder of the Year at the 2022 MAX Awards,” said Jim Rado, area president for David Weekley Homes in Austin. “I continue to be so proud of our exceptional team for their commitment to exceeding the needs of our customers each and every day.”
This is the fifth time for David Weekley Homes to be named the MAX Awards Builder of the Year. The home builder most recently won the award in 2021 and 2019. This recognition is all-encompassing of the sales, marketing, contributions and achievements throughout the year. Additionally, Taylor Toman was honored as Rookie Sales Professional of the Year.
The MAX Awards are hosted by the HBA of Greater Austin’s Sales and Marketing Council in recognition of sales and marketing excellence. The awards honor builders, developers, remodelers and associates who have made a significant and creative contribution to the home building industry through specific achievements during the previous year.
David Weekley Homes is currently building in 13 communities in the Greater Austin area, including Bastrop, Dripping Springs, Georgetown, Buda, Kyle and more. The builder also offers Build on Your Lot and Central Living homes throughout the Austin area.?
