DAVID WEEKLEY HOMES COMING SOON TO WHITLEY PRESERVE

David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, will soon begin building single-family homes in the new community of Whitley Preserve, located in Mint Hill, NC.

Within Whitley Preserve, the builder will offer two series of homes. The Enclave Collection will offer 60-foot homesites and three floor plan options. From the Park Collection, buyers will be able to select from seven floor plan options that will be situated on 40-foot homesites.

Homeowners in Whitley Preserve will be close to walking trails and a wooded park. A future amenity includes a gathering space with a fire pit. Residents will also enjoy convenience to U.S. 74, I-485, and shopping, dining and entertainment in downtown Mint Hill. Students within the community will attend Charlotte-Mecklenburg schools.
