Davenport - AKR Year 2 Review
With year # 2 in the books, I wanted to post our progress as I definitely feel it is noteworthy. Our combined teams have hit record sales numbers for both Bradford White Corporation and Elkay in 2019. These achievements are a direct result of our "SWAT TEAM" approach to covering our Distributor Partners with quality Inside and Outside Sales and Marketing Support. We also pride ourselves on the Technical Training and Support that we offer on our more technically oriented products. This also had an influence.
This year we added a quality Vendor Partner, Omegaflex (TracPipe) to our line card. This offering works very well with our Natural Gas and Propane fired equipment sales. We also hired two new key people for our support teams. We added Chad Smith to our Inside Sales staff and Keith Newton as our Outside Sales Representative for Maine and New Hampshire. Both individuals have hit the ground running as their past experiences have made them a natural fit. The last addition worth mentioning would have to be the completion of our new 4,000 sq.ft. "Live Fire" training room. We built an addition onto our building and structured a true "state of the art" training room as we feel the future direction of our position in the market will be centered around Technical Training and Support. Kudos to Ryan and Dan for their investment and foresight.
