Thank you to Kris M. dialing in from abroad who went through ways to introduce new members and how we can make it quite intentional.

I am fortunate to be surrounded with endlessly capable members with oomph enough to encourage others, teach others and help me see other options. If I was to pick a tool that represented me, it would probably be and adjustable spanner, not very sharp but quite adjustable.

What did we discuss?

Values: from the list that Beckie Whitehouse showed us a list of values and we picked our 10, then reduced to 5 then 3. It was quite hard work. Beckie then invited people to share, everyone did with any pressure or teeth pulling. Well done

Beckie then set a question which was Chocolate related. in our 3 breakout rooms the conversations were quite different. I discussed briefly my chocolate addictions and it is origin. A room Temperature Twix followed by a Fridge temp 4 finger KitKat with no crazing on the base.

Gabriella C. who by career is a foodie discussed the Holy Grail of real choclate and not the palm olive filled stuff I am addicted too. Beckie was Dark Hazel Nut, Rebecca Hall Linndt and Julie P.
