Datacomm Cloud Business Celebrating The First Year Anniversary With Underprivilage Children To Increase Their Interest To Cloud Computing Technology
JAKARTA, 27 October 2016 — In order to increase the interest of Indonesia’s young generation in Information Technology, Datacomm Cloud Business (DCB) invited 3 foundations, which supports orphans and street children, to come in to Datacomm Diangraha headquarters in Jakarta in their first anniversary event.
Seventy-five junior high school children, from Panti Asuhan Tebet, Sahabat Anak and Yayasan Al- Andalusia, enthusiastically listened to a sharing from the DCB management about the importance of having IT knowledge and skills because IT will play an important role in their daily lives in the future. Also, the DCB management shared that having a career in IT industry will provide many good opportunities.
Also, the orphans and street children had the opportunity do an office tour session in the Datacomm headquarter. They toured the Datacomm’s staff activity in Network Operation Center and Security Operation Center, Data Center facility, and meeting room.
At the end of the event, Datacomm Diangraha handed out study tools and equipment, as well as a sum of money collected from the Datacomm Diangraha management and employee to the children.
