Datacom Product Engineer

Job responsibilities:

1. Assuming the responsibility of senior engineer of datacom, with familiar IP knowledge and IP Core, IPRAN network delivery experience(including the network design, delivery and optimization, cut over), mainly for Huawei datacom equipment delivery and maintenance

2. Responsible for formulating and implementing relevant delivery plans for IP projects, actively communicating with mid-level customers on project progress, support;

3. Responsible for technical support and team management IP project team, provide the skill transfer for the IP team member.

skill requirements:

1. Communication ability: Effectively communicate technical solutions, project plans and schedules with mid-to-bottom customers;

2. Demand analysis and guidance capabilities: correctly understand, effectively analyze and manage customer requirement, and guide delivery goals;

3. Ability to solve technical problems: have the ability to formulate and implement project delivery solutions, and solve difficult problems of product family planning and optimization technology;

4. Independent delivery capability: strong cross-department resource communication and coordination capabilities

5. Language ability: English can be used as the working language, with French ability preferred

6. 5 years of experience in IP delivery and maintenance project, with scenario about the network design, implementation, service migration and routine maintenance.
