What do you want from your Data?

Many inquiries spawn from a simple push in a direction, perhaps from your up-line, that you should be looking at reports.  Ok, so now you need to go and get yourself some reports.  Think about your daily work, the setbacks and the areas that consume your time, how can you better observe that behavior ?  These are the details you need to cultivate in your mind before you approach your friendly neighborhood data visual expert or even before you start your own journey towards visualizing your information.
