Data Research Intern at TLT

During my Spring 2024 internship at TLT - Tomorrow's Leaders Today, Inc , I delved into the intricate workings of nonprofit organizations, gaining insight into their operations and impact-driven initiatives. As a Data Research Intern, I immersed myself in the realm of data collection, analysis, and utilization to enhance program effectiveness and donor engagement.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my internship was the hands-on experience I gained in leveraging data to drive organizational growth. I learned how to collect, manage, and interpret data effectively, using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, and Tableau to extract meaningful insights. By employing data-driven strategies, I contributed to the analysis of how to increase the average donations through personalized outreach and donor segmentation, thereby bolstering financial support for TLT's mission.
