To Begin with, where I left off in my earlier post, I will move to Step 2.

Step 2: Determine Relationships (self as well as to other entities)

Step 2a: Build a CrossTab Matrix

Build a Cross Tab table for all the entities as shown in the figure

Please note that you will only have to work with half of the CrossTab.

Ie. The cells in Green color.

Step 2b: Fill in the CrossTab Matrix: Go through each “Green” cell in the Matrix.

Is [Entity in Row Heading] related to [Entity in Column Heading]? If a relationship exists, place a verb in the cell for each relationship.
