During times of sample overloads at any of our laboratories, our system automatically sends sample pouches to alternative laboratories. This is also true in the case where a certain laboratory does not have the requisite facility to test a certain parameter. In this case an additional sample is prepared and sent to a laboratory with the required infrastructure. Testing is also outsourced sometimes in case of overload or lacking infrastructure to ensure a fast turnaround time. The system thus takes proactive preventive actions to avoid inconvenience to clientele.

Complex job activities are seamlessly supervised through the use of modern devices such as QR codes for anonymity, RFID tags for quick system updates, and live streaming CCTV footage. These updates can be seen in real time through portals only accessible to relevant stakeholders. Use of such devices additionally ensure capture of data at every step of the sample lifecycle from collection to analysis.
