Data Cleansing

We work with clients, who have an existing client database which could either have been neglected over the years or simply they are looking to generate new enquiries. We do this over an initial 21 day period. The telemarketer for your campaign will look to contact each record within your database through outbound telemarketing. We look to break the phone call into three sections, highlighted below.


Stage One

We make contact with the prospect to ensure they were happy with the service, gaining any feedback about their experience (good or bad) in the process. This feedback can be recorded and delivered in the format which is best suited to you. We also provide call recordings for your reference, which can be retrieved from a secure online SMTP portal.


Stage Two

We then look to ensure the data you hold for them is correct and up-to-date, making any amendments and recording additional information where necessary. This stage also includes gaining marketing opt-ins from the clients to ensure they are happy to be contacted in the future (GDPR compliance) and their preferred method – Post, Email or Phone. Opt outs are also recorded and delivered to you.


Stage Three

After stages one and two have been completed, we look to create new sales opportunities. This could be any service that you offer and look to increase conversions on. We can arrange phone call appointments between you and the client, or face to face appointments into a shared diary, CRM or an online spreadsheet. Again, we provide call recordings for your reference, which can be retrieved from a secure online SMTP portal.
